Who Are we:

Al-Rasheed Development Center is an Iraqi civil society organization established in 2021. Our mission is to consolidate democratic principles, promote national dialogue, and empower citizens and decision-makers through specialized research and training in democratic systems. We believe that civil society institutions represent the “fifth estate,” contributing to decision-making processes by providing innovative policy alternatives.

Our vision:

Al-Rasheed Center for Development aspires to be an effective platform in public policy-making, and a national reference for research, training, and democratic dialogue. It aims to contribute to the promotion of good governance, the empowerment of civil society, and the building of a state founded on justice, participation, and peaceful coexistence.
