حيث وقع الطرفان مذكرة لتعزيز التعاون المشترك، تشمل تبادل الخبرات والتنسيق في المجالات التنموية والديمقراطية والنشاطات المدنية بما يعزز دور الحركة الثقافية و التوعوية في العراق.

Al Rasheed Center for Development and the Jawdir Enlightenment Centre network promote work and exchange experiences through the signing of a joint cooperation memorandum.
The both side signed a memorandum to strengthen joint cooperation, which includes the exchange of experiences and coordination in the areas of development, democracy and civic activities in order to enhance the role of the cultural and awareness-raising movement in Iraq.Al Rashid Centre for Development represented Mr. Muhi Al Ansari while the Jawdir Foundation represented Mr. Molla Bakhtiar in the presence of a number of researchers.
